Brilliant! My objection to phone throttles is always iffy touch screens and two handed holding. This fixes both!

This is really cool, I wasn't really sold on using the little Bluetooth controllers with a single knob because of the lack of buttons, but this solves it all. However, reading your page, you seem to have set the speed control to two buttons. Can it be added to the knobs? One knob increases or decreases speed steps by 1, the other knob by a larger amount?

Edit - right, I should have watched the video! That answered my question! Follow up question, do you know if you can stop the beeping on each keypress?

I haven't looked for a way to separate the two knobs. Right now they do the same thing. Look at the bright side..... if you are left-handed or right-handed you can work one or the other knob holding the throttle in one hand and using your thumb on the knob.

For separate settings for the two knobs Peter would probably have to handle that in EngineDriver. I'll ask him.

I should of turned the sound on my phone off or down so yes you can eliminate or lower the volume of the key-presses.

So far looking good, spending lots of time looking at Amazon for a suitable macro pad. The version you linked isn't available in Canada, but there are other similar versions.

As for the sound I thought it was coming from the macro pad itself. It was a deal breaker for me, but if it's just how you configured your engine driver, that works for me! I also use engine driver and dccex, love it!

Ah, I just ordered one, turns out I did find the same brand you use, but a bit higher priced.. still, you proved it works, so that to me beats the slightly cheaper ones I saw.
