It's another week . . . post 'em if you got 'em. There were a few late-comers in last week's post. Check them out, then come back here afterward.

Hi Folks, I have been viewing from the sidelines in recent months , so its time I contributed something
here is a Walthers 60 foot container flat car, weathered mostly with oils on the sides and acrylics on the frame deck. It still has a little more to do on it and when fully complete I will take some more photos out in the sun .

Another good week with a couple of cars finished.

Bowser ACF 1958 CF Covered Hopper kit, painted with Scalecoat II Black Paint and lettered with Champ Decals. The Wabash purchased these cars in 1942 for cement and sand service, I did see these at the Kulhman Concrete Plant in Maumee, OH where they received sand from the sand pit in Wolcottville, IN.

Next a Branchline 40' 1944 AAR Boxcar kit with 4/4 ends and modified side sill that is full length, painted with Scalecoat II Boxcar Red #3 and lettered with Mark Vaughns Wabash Decals. The Wabash purchased these cars in 1948 and assigned them to the 880000 series, then in 1950 took some of them and installed DF loaders and renumbered them in the 9200 series for specialized service.

Last week I took a pair of Bowser RS3's to the club, one an ex-NKP unit and the other a N&W purchased unit, they were running on the Strongsville Club layout with an Anderson's train of rebuilt ex-Wabash hoppers converted to hauling grain.

Thanks for looking!
